Hey Friends! Welcome to Journal Prompt of the Week

Each week, I'll post a new prompt designed to spark your creativity, help you process your emotions, or simply encourage you to reflect on where you're at in life. There's no right or wrong way to approach it- just let your pen (or keyboard) flow!   1. Set the Scene: Find a cozy spot, grab your favorite journal or notebook, and maybe even light a candle or brew a cup of tea.
  2. Reflect: Give yourself a few moments to think about the prompt and how it relates to your life. Don’t rush- this is your time to dive deep.
  3. Write: Let your thoughts pour out onto the page. No filters, no judgement- just you and your thoughts.
